Here’s how to get your home ready:
- Clear your driveway: A dumpster will be placed there for old roofing materials.
- Unlock gates or fences: The crew will need access to your yard.
- Electricity required: Make sure there’s power available during the project.
- Protect your plants: Don’t worry—our team will install temporary landscape protection around shrubs, bushes, and flowers to minimize damage.
Project Start: Day of Installation
- The Peak and Valley Roofing crew will arrive between 7:00 and 9:00 AM.
- They’ll begin with a full tear-off of your old roofing materials and inspect the decking underneath.
- Any damage will be repaired before the new roofing system is installed.
Installation Phase (1–2 Days)
